Release by Gospel-Info-Line Foundation 2004-09-09, Gospel-Info-Line Foundation - Let’s face it, the Christians of this country are very tolerable to other religions and even to the ungodly and atheists. But let’s not over do it Newsweek. If you’re going to slam Jesus, be prepared for your magazine and your advertisers to take a well justified economic hit.(PRWEB) September 9, 2004 -- Newsweek’s cover story of August 30, 2004 on Biblical Archeologists diggings in the Middle East has prompted the Gospel-Info-Line Foundation’s leaders to castigate the editors and authors as to their lack of recognition of God in a story about the Bible. Their left-leaning political slanting has been recognized for years, but now their (still in the closet) unholy alliance with Satan is coming to the fore.
If you’re not with me, then you’ll be counted as against me! That’s the clear message from Jesus as spelled out in KJV Matt. 12:30 . Newsweek magazine’s editors and writers fall into the unholy group as not wanting to recognize God and yet they try to portray themselves to the world as knowledgeable people to be listened to.
Closet supporters of the messages of Satan should be spotlighted so the people of the world will know to whom their advertising dollars are providing assistance. If anyone wants to support Satan’s message, then let them, but let’s not hide the facts. That’s the American way. There are still a lot of people who would rather not associate with nor support this kind of closet Satanism and that’s our message to our readers who might also look at Newsweek magazine.
The Gospel-Info-Line Foundation’s eMail newsletter’s current edition has articles illuminating Newsweek’s acquiescence to Satan’s ‘Don’t mention God’ religion. Newsweek is not alone in the media trying not to take a stand for God. The media’s position is to try to please everyone of every religion, but especially don’t aggravate the godless and the atheists.
If the message slaps the faces of the ‘moral majority’, well so what! If the quasi support of Satan just happens to be noticed, that’s OK, so long as the atheists are happy. These seem to be the public positions of the publishers. Yet when confronted with these facts, the publishers back peddle and claim total support of the majority of families offended. Of course they do. They want their advertisers to be off-the-hook of responsibility.
Yet, in every case there will not be any change in how stories are presented. The ungodly continue to present their opinions in sometimes very subtle ways. As the Foundation’s newsletter points out, the omission of God and His word from a story about the Bible placates the ungodly. The denigrating of Jesus by saying He was just another man among the 300 million on earth at the time, is simply intolerable in the minds of America’s Christians.
Let’s face it, the Christians of this country are very tolerable to other religions and even to the ungodly and atheists. But let’s not over do it Newsweek. If you’re going to slam Jesus, be prepared for your magazine and your advertisers to take a well justified economic hit.
