OwL Enterprises also announces today that Ms. Sharyl Boren, of Exquisite Talent Modeling Agency, has been named the new chief executive officer (CEO) of OwL Models while continuing in her current position as president of Exquisite Talent Agency.Newport Beach, CA (PRWEB) March 2, 2005 -- Ones We Love, Inc. (dba OwL Enterprises) acquired 50% ownership of Exquisite Talent Agency. This acquisition provides OwL Enterprises with the Exquisite’s existing database of models (dating back to 2002), modeling contracts, the exquisittalent.com / exqtalent.com domains, company trademarks, and other intellectual property. Financial terms of this transaction were not released.
OwL Enterprises also announces today that Ms. Sharyl Boren, of Exquisite Talent Modeling Agency, has been named the new chief executive officer (CEO) of OwL Models while continuing in her current position as president of Exquisite Talent Agency.
The combined synergies of the two companies are a definite match. OwL Models’ national presence and recognition in the marketplace as one of the best referral sources for models seeking work is expanded by adding Exquisite’s database of models.
Exquisite Talent now has access to thousands of semi-professional and unsigned models across the United States to consider for agency representation or model management services.

Ms. Boren brings a breadth of knowledge and over 10 years professional modeling experience to her new position as CEO of OwL Models. During her modeling career, Ms. Boren separated herself from other models and became an accomplished entrepreneur by starting the Exquisite Talent Agency. Many of the models that work for Sharyl are centerfolds, cover models and are in high demand.
